“More Than A Game”

And if all that wasn’t enough, what an amazing end to the year, Finesse were one of the proud sponsors of the team at “More Than A Game” who on 18th November set out on a new Guinness world record attempt for the longest indoor football game.

The target was 45 hours of continuous indoor football with a team of 28 participating! This event was supporting metal health and wellbeing, which is a major problem in NZ, particularly in the construction industry.

This was no small task, but despite the tiredness, aching legs and not to mention the power cut which was caused by a passing storm they kept playing and they did it, raising over $54,000 and still rising for the “More than A Game” charity with all proceeds going to “Gumboot Friday” and over 2000 goals scored.
