Geotechnical Engineering

While we are predominantly focused on structural engineering we also have a chartered geotechnical engineer in our team. Having this range of skills allows FCEL to undertake geotechnical investigations for residential dwellings on TC1 and TC2 sites and other sites where a detailed liquefaction or slope stability assessment is NOT required. This avoids the need to engage a separate geotechnical engineer which can offer cost savings during the building design and site monitoring phases of a project.

Having experience across both these sectors gives FCEL a competitive edge when it comes to designing the building foundations.
